This order was placed in a size Medium, and a size Medium was shipped, exactly as selected at checkout.

After placing the order, the customer contacted me explaining that they had actually intended to purchase an XL. Unfortunately, by the time I was able to address the email, the order had already shipped, and the requested XL was no longer available. We speed up processing times during the Halloween season because we understand most clients need the products ASAP.

I acknowledged the situation, apologized for my delayed response, and explained these circumstances directly to the customer.

While I understand the disappointment of receiving an item that doesn't fit as intended, **the size received was the exact size selected and purchased by the customer.** There was no fulfillment error or incorrect size sent.

I take customer satisfaction seriously, but I also believe it's important to distinguish between an incorrectly fulfilled order and an incorrectly selected size at checkout.
