This pattern turned out great! I just started sewing a few weeks ago, and I was surprised by how easy the instructions were to follow. I did have to look up a few terms like interfacing, but the tutorial itself was super clear. I made a lot of mistakes at first, but that was more about me learning how to sew than any issues with the pattern. I shortened the back flounce and sleeve ruffles by about a quarter of their original width and also adjusted the shoulder width on the back for a better fit. I used a really cheap cotton I found at Walmart, so I might try making it again with better fabric now that I’m more confident. Hopefully I can upload a picture soon. Highly recommend this pattern.
(Update) -Just finished the second version using better materials, and it turned out great! I struggled with box pleats, so I made my own ruffles for the back flounce instead!
